Ichidan verb
差し上げるさしあげる
sashiageru差し上げる (さしあげる, sashiageru) — to lift up — is an ichidan verb: 差し上げて (te-form), 差し上げた (past), 差し上げない (negative), 差し上げます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to hold up; to raise.

No sound changes and no vowel rows. The catch is telling ichidan from godan: plenty of godan verbs end in る too.
