Ichidan verb
捨てるすてる
suteru捨てる (すてる, suteru) — to throw away — is an ichidan verb: 捨てて (te-form), 捨てた (past), 捨てない (negative), 捨てます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to cast away; to dump.
