Ichidan verb
廃れるすたれる
sutareru廃れる (すたれる, sutareru) — to go out of use — is an ichidan verb: 廃れて (te-form), 廃れた (past), 廃れない (negative), 廃れます (polite).
It also means to become obsolete; to die out.

No sound changes and no vowel rows. The catch is telling ichidan from godan: plenty of godan verbs end in る too.
