Ichidan verb
捧げるささげる
sasageru捧げる (ささげる, sasageru) — to lift up — is an ichidan verb: 捧げて (te-form), 捧げた (past), 捧げない (negative), 捧げます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to hold up; to hold above eye level.

No sound changes and no vowel rows. The catch is telling ichidan from godan: plenty of godan verbs end in る too.
