Godan verb (す)
外すはずす
hazusu外す (はずす, hazusu) — to remove — is a godan verb ending in す: 外して (te-form), 外した (past), 外さない (negative), 外します (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to take off; to detach.

Only the last kana changes: す becomes さ, し, せ or そ.
