温いぬるい
nurui温い (ぬるい, nurui) — lukewarm — is an い-adjective: ぬるかった (past), ぬるくない (negative), ぬるくて (te-form), ぬるいです (polite).
It is usually written in kana: ぬるい rather than 温い. It also means tepid.

Drop the final い, then add the ending.
Every form is built on the stem ぬる. The one that isn't: the polite present, which is the whole word plus です.
