遠いとおい
tooi遠い (とおい, tooi) — far — is an い-adjective: 遠かった (past), 遠くない (negative), 遠くて (te-form), 遠いです (polite).
It also means distant; far away.

Every form is built on the stem 遠. The one that isn't: the polite present, which is the whole word plus です.
