低いひくい
hikui低い (ひくい, hikui) — low — is an い-adjective: 低かった (past), 低くない (negative), 低くて (te-form), 低いです (polite).

Every form is built on the stem 低. The one that isn't: the polite present, which is the whole word plus です.
