混ぜるまぜる
mazeru混ぜる (まぜる, mazeru) — to mix — is an ichidan verb: 混ぜて (te-form), 混ぜた (past), 混ぜない (negative), 混ぜます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to stir; to blend.

No sound changes and no vowel rows. The catch is telling ichidan from godan: plenty of godan verbs end in る too.
