診る (みる, miru) — to examine — is an ichidan verb: 診て (te-form), 診た (past), 診ない (negative), 診ます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to have a look at; to check.

Nothing else moves: every ending attaches straight to the stem 診. That is what makes ichidan the easy class.
