Godan verb (す)
渡すわたす
watasu渡す (わたす, watasu) — to hand over — is a godan verb ending in す: 渡して (te-form), 渡した (past), 渡さない (negative), 渡します (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to pass; to give.
