Godan verb (す)
裏返すうらがえす
uragaesu裏返す (うらがえす, uragaesu) — to turn inside out — is a godan verb ending in す: 裏返して (te-form), 裏返した (past), 裏返さない (negative), 裏返します (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to turn the other way; to turn over.

Only the last kana changes: す becomes さ, し, せ or そ.
Which one depends on the ending. The five are one line of the hiragana chart — same consonant, vowels あ・い・う・え・お — and everything before that kana never changes.
