Godan verb (す)
驚かすおどろかす
odorokasu驚かす (おどろかす, odorokasu) — to surprise — is a godan verb ending in す: 驚かして (te-form), 驚かした (past), 驚かさない (negative), 驚かします (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to frighten; to create a stir.
