Godan verb (す)
脅すおどす
odosu脅す (おどす, odosu) — to threaten — is a godan verb ending in す: 脅して (te-form), 脅した (past), 脅さない (negative), 脅します (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to menace; to frighten.
