尽きる (つきる, tsukiru) — to be used up — is an ichidan verb: 尽きて (te-form), 尽きた (past), 尽きない (negative), 尽きます (polite).

It also means to be run out; to be exhausted.

Drop the る, then add the ending.

Nothing else moves: every ending attaches straight to the stem 尽き. That is what makes ichidan the easy class.
