点ける (つける, tsukeru) — to turn on — is an ichidan verb: つけて (te-form), つけた (past), つけない (negative), つけます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It is usually written in kana: つける rather than 点ける. It also means to switch on; to light up.
