滞る (とどこおる, todokooru) — to stagnate — is a godan verb ending in る: 滞って (te-form), 滞った (past), 滞らない (negative), 滞ります (polite).

It also means to be delayed; to be left undone.

Only the last kana changes: る becomes ら, り, れ or ろ.
