Godan verb (る)
強請るねだる
nedaru強請る (ねだる, nedaru) — to beg — is a godan verb ending in る: ねだって (te-form), ねだった (past), ねだらない (negative), ねだります (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It is usually written in kana: ねだる rather than 強請る. It also means to pester; to plead.

Only the last kana changes: る becomes ら, り, れ or ろ.
Which one depends on the ending. The five are one line of the hiragana chart — same consonant, vowels あ・い・う・え・お — and everything before that kana never changes.
