Godan verb (す)
持て成すもてなす
motenasu持て成す (もてなす, motenasu) — to treat — is a godan verb ending in す: もてなして (te-form), もてなした (past), もてなさない (negative), もてなします (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It is usually written in kana: もてなす rather than 持て成す. It also means to receive; to entertain.
