Godan verb (す)
致すいたす
itasu致す (いたす, itasu) — to do — is a godan verb ending in す: いたして (te-form), いたした (past), いたさない (negative), いたします (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It is usually written in kana: いたす rather than 致す.

Only the last kana changes: す becomes さ, し, せ or そ.
Which one depends on the ending. The five are one line of the hiragana chart — same consonant, vowels あ・い・う・え・お — and everything before that kana never changes.
