Ichidan verb
受け付けるうけつける
uketsukeru受け付ける (うけつける, uketsukeru) — to accept — is an ichidan verb: 受け付けて (te-form), 受け付けた (past), 受け付けない (negative), 受け付けます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to receive; to take up.

Drop the る, then add the ending.
Nothing else moves: every ending attaches straight to the stem 受け付け. That is what makes ichidan the easy class.

No sound changes and no vowel rows. The catch is telling ichidan from godan: plenty of godan verbs end in る too.
