成り立つなりたつ
naritatsu成り立つ (なりたつ, naritatsu) — to consist of — is a godan verb ending in つ: 成り立って (te-form), 成り立った (past), 成り立たない (negative), 成り立ちます (polite).
It also means to be made up of; to be composed of.

Only the last kana changes: つ becomes た, ち, て or と.
