Ichidan verb
苛めるいじめる
ijimeru苛める (いじめる, ijimeru) — to ill-treat — is an ichidan verb: いじめて (te-form), いじめた (past), いじめない (negative), いじめます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It is usually written in kana: いじめる rather than 苛める. It also means to bully; to torment.

Drop the る, then add the ending.
