塞がる (ふさがる, fusagaru) — to be closed — is a godan verb ending in る: ふさがって (te-form), ふさがった (past), ふさがらない (negative), ふさがります (polite).

It is usually written in kana: ふさがる rather than 塞がる. It also means to be blocked; to be healed.
