訴えるうったえる
uttaeru訴える (うったえる, uttaeru) — to raise — is an ichidan verb: 訴えて (te-form), 訴えた (past), 訴えない (negative), 訴えます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to bring to.
