Ichidan verb
咎めるとがめる
togameru咎める (とがめる, togameru) — to blame — is an ichidan verb: 咎めて (te-form), 咎めた (past), 咎めない (negative), 咎めます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to reproach; to censure.

No sound changes and no vowel rows. The catch is telling ichidan from godan: plenty of godan verbs end in る too.
