死ぬしぬ
shinu死ぬ (しぬ, shinu) — to die — is a godan verb ending in ぬ: 死んで (te-form), 死んだ (past), 死なない (negative), 死にます (polite).
It also means to pass away.

Only the last kana changes: ぬ becomes な, に, ね or の.
