Godan verb (る)
煙るけむる
kemuru煙る (けむる, kemuru) — to smoke — is a godan verb ending in る: 煙って (te-form), 煙った (past), 煙らない (negative), 煙ります (polite).
It also means to billow smoke; to smoulder.
