Godan verb (る)
葬るほうむる
houmuru葬る (ほうむる, houmuru) — to bury — is a godan verb ending in る: 葬って (te-form), 葬った (past), 葬らない (negative), 葬ります (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to inter; to entomb.

Only the last kana changes: る becomes ら, り, れ or ろ.
