執拗いしつこい
shitsukoi執拗い (しつこい, shitsukoi) — insistent — is an い-adjective: しつこかった (past), しつこくない (negative), しつこくて (te-form), しつこいです (polite).
It is usually written in kana: しつこい rather than 執拗い. It also means obstinate; persistent.
