お目出度いおめでたい
omedetaiお目出度い (おめでたい, omedetai) — for congratulations — is an い-adjective: おめでたかった (past), おめでたくない (negative), おめでたくて (te-form), おめでたいです (polite).
It is usually written in kana: おめでたい rather than お目出度い. It also means worthy of celebration; happy.
