追いつくおいつく
oitsuku追いつく (おいつく, oitsuku) — to catch up — is a godan verb ending in く: 追いついて (te-form), 追いついた (past), 追いつかない (negative), 追いつきます (polite).
It also means to draw level; to pull even.
