narenareshii馴れ馴れしい (なれなれしい, narenareshii) — overly familiar — is an い-adjective: 馴れ馴れしかった (past), 馴れ馴れしくない (negative), 馴れ馴れしくて (te-form), 馴れ馴れしいです (polite).
It also means overfamiliar; too friendly.
