Ichidan verb
言いつけるいいつける
iitsukeru言いつける (いいつける, iitsukeru) — to tell — is an ichidan verb: 言いつけて (te-form), 言いつけた (past), 言いつけない (negative), 言いつけます (polite).
It is transitive: it takes a direct object. It also means to order; to direct.

Nothing else moves: every ending attaches straight to the stem 言いつけ. That is what makes ichidan the easy class.

No sound changes and no vowel rows. The catch is telling ichidan from godan: plenty of godan verbs end in る too.
